All our cheese is made with either Jersey Cow milk or Goats milk. We buy the milk in then pasteurise and produce our cheese using only vegetable rennet. All our cheese is named after local villages so we have fresh cheese called Beckfoot Creamy based on a Columbian recipe and tweeked to make it our own. This cheese takes on flavours really well so we now have it in many flavours including garlic, chives, mango & ginger etc. we make a range of blue cheese including Mawbray Blue based on a Stilton style recipe.
